COVID 19 Changes to Provision
We request that you do not continue with your booking if you are displaying any of the Covid 19 symptoms including temperature, cough or loss of taste or smell and notify us in a timely manner. If you fall ill during your stay you are required to quarantine with us for 14 days and will be required to pay for the extended stay and additional meals provided.
We have wavered our booking terms and conditions throughout the Covid 19 Pandemic and you are able to cancel free of charge if you are unable to continue with your booking due to Covid restrictions. This does not include being unable to take up your booking due to testing positive or having to self-isolate for Covid 19 as this is an insurable event and you are advised to take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
Your room will be cleaned and aired prior to your arrival however we will leave you to your own devices during your stay (bar for example your instruction that bins need to be emptied etc). All bed linen will be washed on a high temperature setting as per COVID 19 regulation washing procedures. Particular attention will be paid to the cleaning of all surfaces, and items such as keys, handles, remote controls and special attention will be made to high risk areas such as bathrooms and hand sanitizer is available throughout the property.
