COVID 19 Changes to Provision
Although we always have very high standards of cleanliness, we will be carrying out enhanced cleaning of all areas in line with Covid 19 Regulations. In order to abide with social distancing regulations and to protect our guests we will be operating with only one party staying with us at any one time. We request that you do not continue with your booking if you are displaying any of the Covid 19 symptoms including temperature, cough or loss of taste or smell and notify us in a timely manner. If you fall ill during your stay you are required to quarantine with us for 14 days and will be required to pay for the extended stay and additional meals provided.
We have wavered our booking terms and conditions throughout the Covid 19 Pandemic and you are able to cancel free of charge at any time.
We will be operating contact less check in via telephone and hand sanitizer is available throughout the property. Your room will be deep cleaned and aired prior to your arrival however we will leave you to your own devices during your stay (bar instruction that bins need to be emptied etc). We will have removed high risk soft furnishings such as cushions from the beds. All bed linen will be washed on a high temperature setting as per COVID 19 regulation washing procedures. Particular attention will be paid to the cleaning of all surfaces, and items such as keys, handles, remote controls and special attention will be made to high risk areas such as bathrooms. Although a buffet breakfast will still be available not all items previously offered will be available.
